Ron Gulaskey

Senior Vice President of Sales & Partner Relations

Senior Vice President of Sales Ron Gulaskey returns to cruise following a brief tenure as the US Vice President of Sales & Strategy at Club Med, where he oversaw trade leisure sales and corporate group business. His extensive career includes more than 20 years at Celebrity Cruises, where he served as AVP for National/Strategic Accounts & Trade Relations in North America, in addition to leading Global Corporate Group and Charter Sales. Before entering the travel industry, Gulaskey held various senior sales and marketing positions at Polaroid Corporation in both consumer and commercial sectors.

Preston Caddell

Vice President of Sales

Preston Caddell was most recently Midwest Sales Director and Key Accounts Manager with Aurora Expeditions, where he was responsible for building and developing partnerships with travel advisors in the Midwest and South-Central states. Prior to this, he was the Central Sales Director for PONANT Explorations, where he created and nurtured relationships with travel advisors in the Midwest, and managed several consortiums and host agency partnerships. Caddell has also served as a trainer for new sales directors within the cruise space. Before joining the sales side of the cruise industry, Caddell worked on cruise ships as a Shore Excursions manager with Seabourn and Disney Cruise Lines. 

Greg Fornadel

Business Development Manager - Groups

Greg joined Margaritaville at Sea in January 2024 as the Business Development Manager for Groups & Charters.  He comes to us after 3+ years as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Community Engagement at ICON Park and nearly a decade in Sales and Event Management at Universal Orlando Resort, specializing in corporate meeting & events and youth group travel. Greg's strength throughout his career in travel and tourism has been developing and maintaining relationships, evidenced by his current inclusion on six local and national board committees. He recently founded the Orlando Young Professionals Collective, bringing together the leaders of the thriving hospitality industry in Central Florida. You can connect with Greg on Linkedin HERE.
 

Maria Whitehorn

Business Development Manager - International

Maria was previously with American Queen Voyages where she spent more than ten years in roles of increasing responsibility most recently as Director of International Sales. Prior to leading International sales, she was International Sales Manager, Group and International Sales Manager and Reservation Sales Manager. Maria was instrumental in building American Queen’s business from zero to over $10 million annually. Maria was also a Senior Consultant for Nautilus Commercial Development. She is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented and her background will be a great fit as we look to drive additional international bookings as we continue to grow. Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Lucerne and speaks Dutch, French and German. She will be immediately getting started by representing MVAS at ITB in Berlin in early March, 2025!

Ashley Chaney

Business Development Manager - Trade

Ashley joined Margaritaville at Sea in March 2025 as a Business Development Manager - Online Partners. Ashley brings a wealth of experience, most recently serving as Account Manager – Online Partner Sales at Universal Orlando Resort, where she managed a portfolio generating over $100 million in annual sales. She has worked closely with major industry partners like Expedia, Priceline, and JetBlue Vacations, building strong relationships and fostering strategic growth. Ashley’s expertise in negotiating cooperative marketing campaigns and aligning partner strategies with business goals will be crucial as we expand our presence in the trade sector. Her extensive experience in sales management and her ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams will be instrumental in driving sustained growth in this critical area.

Nadia Hassan

Inside Sales Representative

Nadia joined Margaritaville at Sea in March 2025 as an Inside Sales Representative. Nadia’s experience in the hospitality industry started with the Walt Disney Company, where she worked in sales at Disney Vacation Club as a top performer in lead generation global market. After acquiring both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Central Florida, she strengthened her marketing efforts as a Social Media Manager at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, where she directly reported to the executive’s office to oversee escalated issues and maintain reputation management. Nadia’s motivation and extensive sales and marketing background will allow her to build strong relationships with our valued travel partners.

Garrett McNamara

Business Development Manager

Garrett joined Margaritaville at Sea in May 2025 as a Business Development Manager. Garrett was most recently a Business Development Manager with MSC Cruises, USA where he helped build the line's North American office and expand their sales efforts. Prior to his time with MSC Cruises, USA Garrett was with Royal Caribbean Group working in various sales roles with both Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises. As a Business Development Manager with Margaritaville at Sea Garrett works with travel advisors on the creation and implementation of their sales strategies. Garrett currently lives in Tampa, Florida 

Omar Solis

Director of National & Strategic Host Accounts

Omar is a visionary leader in the travel industry, renowned for his expertise in cultivating high-impact relationships with Travel Advisors nationwide. With a remarkable 29+ year career spanning the Caribbean, Latin American, and European all-inclusive markets, Omar has established himself as a trusted authority in the industry. His storied career path includes pivotal roles with Air Jamaica Vacations, diverse experience across tour operations, airlines, hotels, and cruises, and a successful tenure as the owner and operator of his own travel agency. Omar's unparalleled industry acumen, coupled with his passion for innovative partnership-building, empowers travel advisors and corporate partners to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape. As a strategic thought leader, he drives business growth, fosters collaborative relationships, and shares his expertise to propel industry success with valued partners.

Nora Little

Trade Marketing Coordinator

Nora will play a key role in supporting the sales team in the newly created position of Trade Marketing Coordinator, assisting with a range of trade-specific activations, including trade show management and marketing activations. Nora most recently served as an Event Coordinator for large-scale events at Rollins College.
